Payment, Refund, and Transfer Credit policy

If you no longer wish to complete a package series, any remaining funds may be transferred towards another service. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Skin care products can only be refunded if products are unopened and not damaged. No cash refunds will be given returns as credit can be applied to your customer account.

Refund is based on unused treatments not based on unused time, e.g. package purchases– we reserve the right when to treat you and how many times to treat you. If you purchase and use treatment, no refund is due.

By purchasing and using treatments you clearly understand that payment is for the procedure(s) performed during the term of the agreement and not for any specific result.

Brow lamination, also called brow sculpt or brow lift, is essentially a perm for your eyebrows. The service quickly gained popularity in the U.K. this fall and is just now making its way to the States. In the same vein as microblading and tinting, it's designed to give the illusion of fuller, more defined eyebrows. Where it differs from these two treatments, though, is that no pigment is added to your brows (though you can opt for an additional tint). Instead your hairs are coaxed into place to look fluffier and more defined, and have a slicked-up, shiny look—I imagine this is where the term lamination comes from. It's great for that feathery, editorial look that was previously only possible with genetics or soap brows.
