Our Drop Boxes make it fast and convenient for you to drop off/pick up your device. Once you arrive at the drop box location, please contact our office (706-296-8557) for a one time secure passcode to unlock the box and put your device in the protective sleeve. Our technicians will pickup your device from the secure box, complete the repair, and then notify you once your device is ready. Please indicate the device make, model number, and issue in the appointment details so we can verify we have the parts in stock to complete the repair.
