The SRE is a series of tests, which measures your brain and nervous system's ability to perceive and respond to stress and then the ability to recover from stress.
This test will measure physical, mental, and emotional stressors.
The brain must be able to effectively recover from stressors, so it can coordinate repair and maintain optimal structure and function in the body.
The test is painless and takes about 20 minutes.

MAP (Make Anything Possible) is a painless and easy way to address and eliminate the limiting beliefs that were programmed from conception until age 7. These memories and beliefs reside in the subconscious mind and influence all of our habits and behaviors. Painful or scary memories can elicit a stress response in the present time and cause the body to be in the sympathetic/fight or flight state. Helping to reinterpret these old memories can allow the body to relax and return to the parasympathetic state or Relaxed Expansion.
