Our staff nurse will complete a thorough telephone intake/ triage assessment to identify your needs and which therapist is the right fit for you. The telephone intake will take approximately 15-30 minutes.

Due to scheduling conflicts, the day you select for the intake MIGHT NOT be honored; however, you will receive a call or email in an attempt to reschedule the telephone intake. You can expedite the process by calling 800-461-9350 or emailing info@gtrinc.org.

Many personal questions will be asked (i.e., your symptoms, insurance, address, and SSN # for billing purposes); therefore, please be in a private place. If you are uncomfortable divulging personal information via the phone, you can request a face-to-face intake by calling 800-461-9350, which takes place on Wednesdays 12:00 - 4:00 PM EST.

For participants who need additional support, we provide an initial evaluation of the need for psychotropic medications, the provision of a prescription, and ongoing medical monitoring related to usage and compliance.

Improve your emotional regulation and calm your mind while decreasing fatigue, anxiety, and depression. Acupuncture is available on THURSDAYS ONLY from 12-6 PM. Price is based on a sliding scale fee of $20 to $75 (subject to change).
