We require a credit card on file for ALL bookings. This will secure your appointment. If you cancel or rebook more than 72 hours before your appointment there is no charge. If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours of your appointment you will be charged 25% of the booked service amount. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the booked service amount. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours prior to your appointment or are a “appointment no call, no show” you will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.
