This technique will focus on grounding, renewing, and uplifting the mind and body through massage and aromatherapy techniques. This specialized massage therapy session is designed to alleviate symptoms of TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction). The treatment includes:

• 5–15 minutes of intraoral massage to target the interior jaw muscles.
• 15–25 minutes of external massage focusing on the outer jaw, head, neck, and shoulder muscles.

Important Details:

• Intraoral Massage: This gentle, slow treatment uses light to medium pressure to relieve tension in the jaw muscles inside the mouth. The massage therapist wears a silicone-based medical exam glove during the process. The duration of intraoral massage depends on the client’s comfort level and can range from a few minutes to 15 minutes.
