Initial consultation, exam and chiropractic adjustment. This appointment is for patients new to the practice. Tricare Patients: Tricare does not cover Chiropractic services outside military establishment. Self-pay fee will applied.

This appointment is for patients who have recently been in a motor vehicle accident. Please provide the date of accident in the appointment notes.

This appointment is for current pregnant moms. Prenatal care is a self pay service in the office. HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
