Diagnostics Service (lower priority than service by appointment) - Schedule In-store or Curbside Drop-off

This diagnostics service will be performed once your device comes up in line. Usually within a week.

(if you have a high priority service, please reserve a time using one of the other services or call us to reserve an expedited appointment)

Select this diagnostics option if your repair is not high-priority and if the hours for appointment-less drop-off don't fit your schedule (or if you just want to let us know when you'll be stopping by). Selecting this option will schedule a time to drop-off your device and put your device in line for service.

Basic diagnostics is $40. We will call you with a quote and time estimate for service. if you choose to go ahead and repair the device, we will apply the $40 towards the repair.

If you wish, you can use this option to schedule a time to pickup your device from our location.

In-Shop Appointment

For the entire duration of the appointment, I will focus on your device only (minus a small occasional distraction which I can provide a discount for). If service is not complete in the reserved time I can either extend the appointment (if time allows), schedule more time later, or move your device to the front of the standard queue.

We will come to you and perform repairs at your location if feasible.

$30 trip charge is included in the total and is for appointments within 20 miles of our shop. Otherwise please plan for an additional $2 per mile after 20 miles.

After Hours Repair Appointment (Outside of 10am to 5pm weekdays) (At your location or ours)

To reserve this after hours repair service through the website, the price is $230 for the first hour and $200/hr after that. Arrival time may vary by +/- 30 minutes due to finishing up other appointments. (If this service is outside of your budget, you may call or write to explain your situation and see if we have other options available.)

Select this option for either in-shop service (at our location) or for service at your location. We will meet you outside of our regular business hours and dedicate our time to help with your project.

If the appointment is farther than 20 miles from our location, please plan for an additional $2 per mile after 20 miles.
