We also analyze software integrity. This Service includes dis-assembly of Laptop Systems. This service is usually required for laptops in cases such as; Cracked screens, Failing internal Fans, Heat sink replacements, Keyboard replacements, Power Jack replacements and water damage.Cancellations not made 48 hours before appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of service requested. Daedalus Tek's full nine diagnostics, we also figured why should Desktops and Laptops have different diagnostic charges? Apple Desktop/Apple Laptop diagnostics includes the following; blow out of dust, physical inspection of all hardware components and physical inspection of wiring (Desktops).

Daedalus will also test the following hardware; Memory, Hard drive, CPU/Processor, Video Cards and Optical Drives. Once a Tek has finished diagnosing the physical's aspect of the system, they will continue to evaluate software integrity. During the software diagnostics Daedalus Teks will check the Operating system stability and also analyze the system for any infections (Desktops & Laptops).

Once the diagnostics is completed the client will be contacted with the results, if the client approves the work necessary to rectify the issues on the system then only the services needed will be charged and the diagnostics will not be charged. If services are declined the only charges incurred will be the diagnostic fee.
