After your shoot or few days after your photo session, you will come back to my studio for the great REVEAL of your portraits. During the Reveal you see all your beautiful portraits, choose your complimentary print, and have the opportunity to purchase more, if you choose to. What you purchase is entirely up to you. You can choose from top-of-the-line album quality products that range from a smooth twist on traditional it's classic elegance or leather.

Preparing for your Maternity Session

Schedule your photo session on a day that you and your children (if they are going to be in the shoot) will be relaxed and well-rested.

Try not to schedule too many appointments on that day before or after the shoot.

At least two hours before our shoot, please try to remove anything with elastic such as a tight shirt, pants, underwear or a bra to prevent strap marks from appearing on your skin. Eat a light snack before the shoot

Make-up should be light and natural-looking. A light foundation, blush, etc. To even out skin tones are perfect. The hair should be fixed so you are comfortable with it.

Some mothers prefer to go to a stylist before the shoot; others prefer to fix their hair on their own.

Create your special photograph. Feel free you bring anything that you want included in the photograph including flowers or special clothing such as scarves, shawls, or veils.

Solid colored clothes can be useful when photographing a large family.

Mothers, please bring a white or cream color maternity skirt and matching strapless bra or tube top, something to cover the breast but expose still expose the belly.

If you are being photographed with your partner, please have him/her bring or wear light color pants and a solid white or cream color shirt, long or short-sleeved is fine. If this isn’t you, then don’t bring it.

Do not use any lotions or bronzers that are oily and shiny. You should put on an absorbent lotion about two hours before the shoot to make skin look soft and supple.

Only the family and nannies should be present to prevent distractions.

A few questions for you so that I can know you better.

1. Have you viewed my work? It is important that you view my portfolio prior to booking. This is to see if we are a good fit, and if I can provide you with the images you will love.

2. What would you like retouched and what do you want to remain untouched? Beauty Marks, skin etc. My retouching is fine art, made to enhance your beauty, but not to change the essence of who you are. You will still look like you, but if there is a beauty mark you don’t want me to remove please let me know.

3. What are you not comfortable with? Are you ok with implied nudity? Are you comfortable with a bikini?

4. Who will be coming with you to the shoot?

5. How do you want to be photographed?

Once we have decided on a date, the session fee is due in order to secure your date. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirming the details. Once the payment is made you are booked for your date. The session fee is non-refundable & non-transferable. Please see the cancellation/rescheduling policies below.

Session fees cover the time and talent of the photographer and all that is required to run a successful studio.
