Consultations are required for children between the ages of 8 and 11 years old before a piercing appointment will be scheduled. This appointment is for the consult only, after which time the piercer will decide whether to book the piercing appointment. 8 is our current minimum age for ear piercings. At the time of piercing, all minors will be required to provide legal PHOTO ID (such as state ID, passport, or public school ID/yearbook), notarized legal parent/guardian consent, and proof of legal relationship to the guardian signing consent (guardian/custody/adoption paperwork or birth certificate).
