Daedalus Teks will provide PC Laptop Dis-assembly Diagnostics. This service includes but limited to Laptop Diagnostic of; Processor, Motherboard, Memory, Video Card, Hard drive's and Optical Drives. We also analyze software integrity. This Service includes dis-assembly of Laptop Systems. This service is usually required for laptops in cases such as; Cracked screens, Failing internal Fans, Heat sink replacements, Keyboard replacements, Power Jack replacements and water damage.Cancellations not made 48 hours before appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of service requested. Technicians set aside the request; day, time and moment to assist you and cannot recover this time on another appointment. Please be sure you can attend the appointment requested.

A service that has a Daedalus Tek come by and pick up your system. The fee will apply toward the total cost of service. This is just a quick pick up service. Diagnostics or any additional service will incur additional fees.

Daedalus will also test the following hardware; Memory, Hard drive, CPU/Processor, Video Cards and Optical Drives. Once a Tek has finished diagnosing the physical's aspect of the system, they will continue to evaluate software integrity. During the software diagnostics Daedalus Teks will check the Operating system stability and also analyze the system for any infections (Desktops & Laptops).

We also Handle Diagnostic Tests for Insurance Claims

Once the diagnostics is completed the client will be contacted with the results, if the client approves the work necessary to rectify the issues on the system then only the services needed will be charged and the diagnostics will not be charged. If services are declined the only charges incurred will be the diagnostic fee.
