Set up Google Ads for your online store
About Google Ads and Square Online
You can link your Square Online site with Google Ads to set up and manage smart ad campaigns to drive online and in-store traffic to your business. You’ll automatically reach users searching for what you offer across Google, including search, maps, YouTube, and over 2 million sites.
Before you begin
Let your campaign run for at least 14 days before making changes so Google can learn where to show your ads best.
You only pay when someone clicks on your ad.

Set up Google Ads
Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Online > Online sales channels.
Under Google Ads, select Set Up.
Review and confirm data sharing requirements, then select Continue.
Create or log in to a Google Ads account and accept a Google Ads invitation via email.
Click Done within the Square onboarding flow.
Once you complete the Square onboarding flow, visit Google Ads to set up and manage your advertising campaigns.
