Manage organisation reports with Square Multi-Account Suite

About organisation reports

Square Multi-Account Suite includes organisation-level reports that let operator merchants view sales and performance data across all member merchants and locations in the organisation. Member merchants continue to only see reporting for the accounts and locations they have access to. Member merchants cannot view data from other accounts in the organisation.

Before you begin

• Operator merchant team members with the Organisation Reporting permission can view sales data across all member merchants and locations in the organisation.

• Member merchant team members see only data from their own accounts and locations, regardless of their permission level.

• Organisation reports are available in the Organisation section of Reports. Operator merchants can also build custom organisation reports using the Custom Report Builder.

Access organisation reports

To view organisation reports:

1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Reports > Organisation.

2. Choose a report type.

   • Sales: View total sales across the organisation, broken down by member merchant and location.

   • Category: View sales by category and item across all locations.

Build custom organisation reports

Operator merchants can also build custom reports that include data from across the organisation using the Custom Report Builder. For details on how to create custom reports, see Create custom reports with Custom Report Builder.
