    Order with Google is a free feature that makes it simple for customers to find your website and place orders directly from Google Search and Google Maps. It guides customers looking for pickup or local delivery straight to your site from the search result, helping keep sales between you and your customer.

    When people search for your business on Google, they can select an ordering button to pick how they want to order, showing them all available options like your website or a third-party app. If they choose the Square option, they order right through your website.

    Sending customers to your website instead of a third-party marketplace app means you can cut down on commission fees and increase your margins. You also get valuable customer information that’s helpful for running marketing campaigns and getting repeat business.

    Before you begin

    Some Google Business Profile merchant categories may not be eligible for Order with Google. If you don’t see this feature in your account, it means you’re ineligible.

    Turn on Order with Google

    If you have a single website and meet the requirements for Order with Google, this feature will be auto-enabled for you. If you have multiple sites, you need to enable it manually.

    1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Online > Websites (or Online store).

    2. Click Sales Channels > Order with Google.

    3. Toggle on the option to sync your sites and all future locations to Google.

    4. Toggle on the locations you want to associate with your site.

    With multiple websites, you need to toggle on the locations that you want to associate with each of your sites. Each location can only be associated with one site at a time, meaning you won’t be able to use the same location on multiple sites.

    Any future changes you make to your settings may take up to 24 hours to appear in Google.

    Turn off Order with Google

    When you disable Order with Google for your website, it’ll also disable all future syncing of any new locations you create.

    1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Online > Websites (or Online store).

    2. Click Sales Channels > Order with Google.

    3. Toggle off the option to sync your site and all future locations to Google.
